Choose Your Nickname:
Choose a nickname using letters and numbers. You may also use the special characters - (dash), _ (underscore), . (period) and @ (at). Do not put any spaces or other special characters in the name.
  

Password (type it twice):
Choose a password.

E-mail Address (optional):
This is optional. If you provide an e-mail address, the Engine can send you a new password should you forget your original password. Your e-mail address will not be used for any other purpose, nor will it be released to anyone outside the Engine for any reason.
  

Submit Your Information:
Nicknames are free for all to use as long as the Engine shall live. Nicknames that are inactive for more than a year may be suspended, but a suspended nickname can be reactivated by sending e-mail to the Engine.

The Engine makes an honest effort to preserve any information that you put in a market list using your nickname. But make your own copy of any important information (such as which markets you have submitted a story to) in case the Engine dies or is otherwise incapacitated.
