I try to include every publication that meets the following criteria: <UL> <li>The market has a web site with submission guidelines; <li>The market pays for all published fiction; <li>The guidelines explicitly mentions science fiction, fantasy, horror or speculative fiction; <li>There is no entry fee for submissions; <li>Submissions are accepted from new (unpublished) writers; <li>The market has at least 30 days that are already announced for accepting submissions in the upcoming year. </ul> <p> If I receive an e-mail request, I'm also happy to list markets outside these criteria. A publisher or editor may also request to have a market listing deleted. <p> Feedback, suggestions and market updates are always appreciated.
